Traveller from Bristol stayed in October,2009

Have stayed at hotel twice before and no complaints. This time, everything not as before. No one to open front door, changed room 3 times, extra milk for room did not arrive. Not the same levels of service and cleanliness as before. Still a good hotel though. Excellent location for Covent Garden. Not five star this time, only four star experience sadly.
